Course in Spinal Exercise
This course is useful to improve mobility and reduce stiffness, muscle tension, back- and other bodily problems and at the same time be relaxing for the mind. The exercises include movement training, strength, stretching and balance. Each training session is typically one and a half hours (including 15 minutes of relaxation).
The classes are for beginners and for those who have already done similar courses.
It is also possible to take individual sessions.
