Yoga and spinal exercise courses and classes are useful to improve mobility and reduce stiffness, muscle tension, back- and other bodily problems and at the same trime relaxing for the mind. The exercises include movement training, strength, stretching and balance. Each training session is typically one and a half hours including 15 minutes of relaxation.
The classes are for beginners and for those who have already done similar courses.
It is also possible to take individual sessions.
